Brewing day, Saturday the 15th of February.
For the first time we are going to try to brew a lager. It will be a Czech Pilsner with Saaz hops. The plan is that we will brew 230 liters which will again ferment in our basement, where the temperature is perfect at this time of year. we might even need to warm up a bit down there to keep the temperature. It will be exciting to taste the result.
