We met last Saturday 3 guys and brewed 310 liters of Czech Pilsner. A wonderful beer we have brewed once before, but not that big brew. The day went according to plan and we reached, pretty much the original gravity we had planned. The brew now ferments in 3 x 150 liter fermentation tanks in our cellar, at 10 ° C. It bubbles quietly. Looking forward to tasting, in 4 weeks. Should reach an alcohol VOL% of 5.5.
